I can create a Vtuber from start to finish, or if you just want to order one part of the process I can do that too!
Please allow up to 3 months once initial payment is accepted for the full model to be done, any add-ons may extend this time. I do my best to provide accurate time estimates and will update if those change. If we begin in the Character Design phase this will extend the time needed by 2-4 weeks.
Prices are subject to change, but once we have agreed on a price that will be honored.
Prices can vary depending on the complexity of the design, I also offer a more simplified rigging option to lower costs if you are trying to keep your budget low.
You may use your Vtuber model to stream, make videos, and make promotional material! You may not use the image on merch or resell the image in any way without a commercial license. Please reach out to me if you wish to purchase one.
I work in the art style I am comfortable with, please don't ask me to try to emulate someone else's art style. I will however provide rigging services on art that is already complete and ready for rigging as long as you have done it yourself or have written permission from the original artist.
For the Vtuber commissions, I accept payments in parts for each step that of the process. I will not send the finished files until all payments have been made.
I reserve the right to post the model on social media and my portfolio. I also usually stream some of the process so let me know if that is an issue for you.
Please credit me where appropriate, just a simple note in the about section or social media bio is enough. Feel free to link to my twitter , twitch, or back to this site when giving credit.
Payments are accepted through PayPal using invoices.
There are no refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.
Services
Character Design
No design? No problem! We'll start from scratch to create a character that's just right for you! Humans, creatures, objects, etc. Feel free to ask if you're not sure!
Character Art
Characters are rendered in a straight on or 3/4 view. Please see the examples for the art style I work in. The file will be cut up and prepped to be rigged in Live2D.
Rigging
Rigging in Live2D will be done using the image prepared during the Character Art portion. It will be rigged to work within face tracking software such as Vtube Studio and FaceRig.
Animation & More
Interested in special animations or expressions for your character? Maybe an accessory that toggles on and off? Add those here!
Character Design
Concept
Illustrated Concept: $200
This option is for those who don't yet have a character design. This option includes thumbnails for very rough designs, refined with a sketch, then the full color painted character in a pose of your choice. Edits (up to 5 free) are allowed throughout the process, but once the sketch is approved there should be no major changes to the design going forward.
Model Sheet
Reference Sheet: $300
If you already have a design but would like a full reference sheet for your model this option includes: a front view, a back view, profile view, and up to 3 additional accessories/expressions.
All art is done with clean sketch lines and flat colors.
Character Art
Basic
Chest Up or Simple Character: $200
For this service I will create a full color, shaded image of the character with all the necessary parts and assembly ready for rigging in Live2D from the chest up. You will be given the full PSD file after payment is completed upon request so you may keep and modify if you so choose. Please note that editing the PSD does not change the Live2D model automatically and you have to update it manually.
Prices may increase if the design is very complex.
If you already have the character art done you may skip this step. However if the art file is not fully prepared for rigging I will need to charge a fee.
This price is also for simple characters like my Snowfriend examples and some chibi characters.
Advanced
Full Body: $500
This is the option if you would like arms and hands to be included.
For this service I will create a full color, shaded image of the character with all the necessary parts and assembly ready for rigging in Live2D for the full body. You will be given the full PSD file after payment is completed upon request so you may keep and modify if you so choose. Please note that editing the PSD does not change the Live2D model automatically and you have to update it manually.
Prices may increase if the design is very complex.
If you already have the character art done you may skip this step. However if the art file is not fully prepared for rigging I will need to charge a fee.
Rigging
Once payment is complete for this section, you will receive the folder of files necessary for your model to work within the software.
Simple Character
Full Body: $500
This option is for stylized simple characters. Examples of these would be Morris and Snowfriend located near the bottom of the page. General humanoid designs would not apply to this price. If you are unsure of what category would apply to your model feel free to ask!
Simple character rigging includes the following parameters where applicable:
- Head xyz movement
- Eye blink
- Eye smile
- Eyeball xy movement
- Eyebrow y movement
- Eyebrow angle and form
- Mouth form smile and frown
- Mouth open and close
- Body xyz movement
- Breathing animation
- Simple physics for hair/accessories
Prices may increase for added complexity. Features such as tails and wings cost extra.
Detailed Character
Chest Up: $600
Full Body: $1200
Detailed character rigging includes keyframes for all parameters including:
- Head xyz movement
- Eye blink
- Eye smile
- Eyeball xy movement
- Eyebrow y movement
- Eyebrow angle and form
- Mouth form smile and frown
- Mouth open and close
- Body xyz movement
- Breathing animation
- Detailed eye and face movement
- Detailed physics on hair/accessories
- Movement on the arms (full body only)
- 3 Expressions of your choice are included (angry, sad, etc.)
Prices may increase for added complexity. Features such as tails and wings cost extra.
Animation & More
This section is not necessary for your model to work in the facial capture software, everything done in the rigging section will animate the model based on your movements. These are extras you may add on if you choose. You may also order these at a later date, please be sure to hold onto all of your files. I keep all files on my end but just in case something happens and I lose them it's important for you to have a copy.
Expressions
$50 - $100 per expression
These are toggled on and off through your facial capture software. Cost depends on additional art needed and complexity of expression. Simple things like blush do not cost extra. If you have purchased the advanced rigging option, the new expressions will also include lip sync movement where applicable.
Accessories
Small Accessory: $50
Large Accessory: $100
Alternate Outfit: $100 - $200
These are toggled on and off through your facial capture software. Small accessories include things like hats, large accessories would be something like a weapon or wings. Alternate outfit prices depend on how much new art needs to be created and rigged.
Vtube Studio Scene Item: $25+
These items are just PNG images created to be used with your model in Vtube Studio and are not rigged in Live2D. I can create small animations to be used here as well. Price increases with complexity.
Animations
$100 - $500 per animation
Cost is highly dependent on new assets needed, how much rigging is involved, and the complexity of the animation itself. I will do my best to give an accurate quote up front but the final price will be calculated at completion.
This option allows you to trigger an animation in your facial capture software and once it plays through your model will return to idle position.

FAQ
What software can I use these files in?
The program exports the models as .moc3 files so ideally any capture software that works with that file type. I have used both FaceRig and Vtube Studio.
Will you help me with importing my model?
Yes as long as you are using either FaceRig or Vtube Studio, those are the only two programs I have any knowledge with. Personally I recommend Vtube Studio, the setup is simple and there are more options available to you.
My model isn't moving properly, can you fix it?
Please note that facial capture software is not perfect and can be influenced by such things as lighting in the room. It seems to have trouble tracking downward eye movement and does not usually reach each extreme pose set in the parameters though I do my best to push these appropriately. If you are unhappy with how your model is working, please record footage of the issue and send it to me.
